Condition & grading
Reboxo grades devices as A, B or C. Every grade is fully functional with battery health of 80% or above, so the grade describes cosmetic condition — how much visible wear the device carries.
Our grades describe appearance only. Grade A is the cleanest cosmetic condition available, Grade B carries light to moderate wear, and Grade C shows clear wear while remaining crack-free.
Functionality does not change between grades. Devices supplied as Grade A, B or C are fully functional, so you are choosing how much cosmetic wear suits your customers rather than trading away performance.
Battery health is 80% or above on every grade. A Grade C device carries the same battery standard as a Grade A device, so battery health is not a reason to pay more for a higher grade.
Functionality and battery health are the same across all three grades. The difference is cosmetic, so choose the grade that matches how you sell.

Grading wording varies between suppliers, so a “Grade B” elsewhere will not always mean what it means here. When you receive options from us, confirm the grade and the specification of those specific devices before proceeding.
