Grade A, B and C side by side
Functionality and battery health are the same across all three grades. The difference is cosmetic, so choose the grade that matches how you sell.
Reboxo grades compared by cosmetic condition, functionality and battery health| Grade | Cosmetic | Functionality | Battery |
|---|
| Grade A | Cleanest cosmetic condition available. Screens are free of noticeable scratches in normal use, with at most very light marks that are hard to see when the display is on. Housing, frame and rear panel show minimal handling wear, with no dents, no cracks and no visible chips. | Fully functional | Battery health 80% or above |
|---|
| Grade B | Light to moderate cosmetic wear. Screens may show fine scratches or light marks visible under direct light, but no cracks. Housing and frame may show scuffs, small nicks or light edge wear from normal use. Presents well in hand and typically needs no more than cleaning before resale. | Fully functional | Battery health 80% or above |
|---|
| Grade C | Clear cosmetic wear. Screens may show deeper or more numerous scratches and marks, and the housing may show noticeable scuffs, dents or worn edges. Glass is not cracked. Best suited to price-led resale, or where a screen or housing swap is part of your own process. | Fully functional | Battery health 80% or above |
